Is it worth getting an ILM or CMI qualification?
Absolutely! Particularly if you're looking to progress your career, demonstrate your capability to your organisation, or simply have your development formally recognised.
Both the ILM and CMI are internationally recognised bodies. An ILM Level 3, 5, or 7 award or certificate demonstrates a standard of leadership knowledge and skill that employers and boards recognise and respect.
At CAKE, the qualification is always optional some participants join purely for the development and peer learning, while others value the formal accreditation. We support both, and we adopt a wide variety of assessment methods to suit different learning styles and circumstances.
