Lead Beyond is a 12-month senior leadership journey built around protected strategic thinking time. Four in-person workshops at a quality venue in Norfolk or Suffolk take you out of the office routine and into a room of peers (directors, executives and entrepreneurs) with expert facilitation, honest challenge, and a CMI Level 7 qualification to show for it.
