With over 20 years and thousands of hours coaching experience, Julie supports CEO’s and executives from the world’s largest organizations. Her approach is challenging, compassionate and empowers clear leadership.

Perry Timms

A Chartered CIPD Member; facilitator & coach, Perry has led technology-driven business change for over 25 years as a corporate Head of Learning, Talent & OD. He is the CEO PTHR – his own enterprise – helping people and organisations design a better future for work, transform HR and learning.
Perry is an international CPD accredited and TEDx speaker on HR, workplace learning, technology and the future of work. Perry has delivered keynote speeches across the globe with over 40 events in 2016 to over 5,000 HR and workplace professionals and a similar number in 2017.
His first book published in October 2017 with Kogan Page: Transformational HR – an HR metamorphosis for a transforming world of work. Perry also authored the e-book “HR 2025” and writes monthly and quarterly for a range of online HR and Work publications and journals.

Although born in the U.K., Rob grew up in a small country town in Victoria, Australia. From an early age, he developed a deep passion for understanding people and for leadership. Since beginning his career as a Civil Engineer in the Australian Air Force, this passion transformed into his career, and ultimately, into his purpose.
After leaving the Air Force in 2004, Rob returned to the UK. Throughout the time that’s followed he’s worked in a variety blue-chip companies across the world. In each role, Rob’s focus was on developing leaders so they can improve performance by empowering people to deliver their best contribution. As a leader and a human, Rob has also focused on ‘practising what he preaches’, even in times when life and work have been at their most challenging.
In creating Muru, Rob’s fulfilling his purpose in life – to unlock the potential in others. Through Muru, Rob brings together over 20 years of research, practical experience of developing others and hands-on leadership, to create a new approach to unlocking true potential.

Danzebrink
Diane is passionate about empowering people to take back control of their lives by understanding how that can improve their mental and emotional health. For some, therapy can be a confusing world, but her approach is to keep things simple by offering fast, effective therapy that works.
After many years working in the music industry, she saw and personally experienced the effects of living a life out of balance, it was then she made the decision to follow her passion for helping others by studying counselling, coaching, trauma therapy, yoga therapy and mindfulness.
Regularly invited to comment by the media, She has ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, ITV News, BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme, Channel 5 News and numerous radio programmes including Radio 5 Live & Radio 4 Woman’s Hour.

Esther Flatley
Esther’s background includes 11 years of operational management and leadership experience, as well as over 12 years of experience as a coach, facilitator and organisational development consultant. She has worked both in the UK and internationally for medium to large companies, in the public and private sectors, crossing a variety of industries: (Defense; Financial Services; Healthcare; Higher Education; Housing Services; Leisure; Manufacturing; Media; Mining; Retail; Travel; Utilities). She has a breadth and depth of expertise in the areas of team facilitation, leadership and talent development, coaching and behavioural or culture change, working from Board member to employee.
Esther’s approach is based on getting really clear on ‘what is’, to enable informed choices about ‘what next’. She uses both practical experience and theoretical insight to raise awareness and increase the client’s ability to do what’s needed. Her style is driven by a sense of curiosity, a belief in the ability of others, challenge and playfulness.
She is an organisational psychologist, working towards becoming a Certified Transactional Analyst in Organisations; a qualified NLP Practitioner; and a Coaching Constellations Practitioner.

Doug
Chapman
Doug is an L&D specialist with experience in learning consultancy, design, delivery and L&D account management.
Expertise in providing facilitation, business coaching and consultancy services in leadership, management, team building and dynamics, personal effectiveness ND accredited leadership programmes. Doug has over 20 years of experience in professional learning and development and consultancy and has held senior positions in operational management, sales, strategic learning and development and has worked with a broad range of clients in the leisure retail, transportation, automotive, engineering and social housing sectors.
Prior to setting up his own independent consultancy, he was Head of Leadership Capability for an L&D Consultancy providing solutions to its internal, multinational parent engineering company, as well as a broad range of external clients. Focusing primarily on leadership and interpersonal skills, Doug’s passion is to empower those he works with supporting them to learn the skills needed to succeed in their careers. He is also a trained business coach and mentor.

Meg Peppin
Meg has worked as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach since 2001. She is trained in organisational consulting and is a qualified coach who brings an unusual combination of warmth and focus into her work. She works with organisations to focus on building quality relationships and quality thinking to create energised and pro-active cultures. Current work includes leading transformation; leading cultural integration for merging organisations, coaching senior leaders in Global Financial services, and board and governance advisory work. She is has a vocal and respected social media presence as @OD_optimist.
Meg is a member of the HRD Advisory Board, a judge for the HR Distinction Awards and is member of the CIPD’s HR Director Future of Work forum. She writes blogs and articles for a range of publications including her own blog. Meg is a practitioner of Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment®, and is currently training as a Thinking Environment® teacher.

Grant Cullen
An extensively experienced and qualified Learning and Development professional with a 20 year plus track record in training, coaching and facilitation. Grant’s specialism is leadership. He works with leaders and managers from front line to board level using varied and creative development experiences to help improve their capability.
In 2010 Grant received a National Training Award from UK Skills for a 64-delegate, year long, ILM-accredited leadership programme that the awarding body described as ‘outstanding’. In addition to leadership and management, he designs and delivers training in the areas of communication, sales, team building and train the trainer. Grant has worked with a wide variety of organisations in multiple sectors, including financial services, engineering, pharmaceuticals, non-profit, local government and travel.

Helen Amery
Helen cares about helping bosses be great. She has had great bosses who helped her fly and had not such great bosses who made her feel squashed. Being a great boss is tough and rarely comes with training or even a user manual!

She is a highly respected coach, team-coach, trainer and expert facilitator supporting individuals, groups and teams to enable more great leaders. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching through Barefoot Coaching and the University of Chester, and I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
