Our LEAD UP Leadership and Management Programme has been specifically designed to equip Team Leaders and First Line Managers with the foundation for their development in these roles.

This unique programme will help you develop your essential management and leadership skills and gain various new skills and knowledge.  

This is a modular programme consisting of three virtual, highly interactive, one-day workshops that will introduce you to like-minded individuals who are at a similar stage in their management journey, encouraging group learning and shared experience working through real issues and business challenges.

Our digital learning platform, CAKEconnect, supports our facilitated workshops. It hosts our resource library, allowing a truly individual, personalised learning experience, giving you access to the content that is most relevant to you.

As part of your programme and wrapped around the workshops are pre and post-workshop activities, which bring to life what you have learnt and how you can apply your newfound skills and knowledge back to your organisation.

There is also an option to accredit your learning with a formal qualification from the ILM by attending an additional ½ day workshop and completing assignments. We adopt a wide variety of assessment methods; please talk to us about your requirements.
