We provide accredited open programmes leading to awards, certificates and diplomas to Level 7 by the two best-known membership and accreditation bodies in management and leadership.
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) programmes combine the rigour of assessment with a practical learning experience. While both organisations set their own standards for qualification, there is plenty of scope for CAKE to construct a programme to meet the specific needs of your business.

IN-HOUSE ACCREDITATION
Turn your in-house training into recognised, professional qualifications. CAKE can bring your in-house-management and leadership training in line with CMI and ILM qualifications, leading all participants to achieve awards, certificates, or diplomas recognised throughout Europe.
We take you step-by-step and support you through the process. First, we map your programmes against nationally recognised qualifications. Then we can help design them to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
We also offer an assessment service to track candidate progress and drive the transfer of learning to your workplace. But if you prefer to stay in control, we can coach your trainers to deliver accredited workshops and make all assessments.
