ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management

Our ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management is designed especially for established Middle and First Line Managers ready to boost their skills and experience, enhance the overall performance of their organisation and prepare for more senior management responsibilities.

 

As well as providing comprehensive training in a range of people management skills, our programme provides you with the opportunity to work and learn alongside likeminded managers from a variety of businesses, whilst also enabling you to put your learning in to practice in between the modules. Throughout the programme we will provide you with feedback and guidance to help you increase your self-awareness and apply your learning back to your organisation with great effect.

 

We begin the programme with an introductory session which includes an overview of the programme, assignment guidance, an introduction to the ILM and available study resources. We then require you to attend a further three modules spread over a four month period. Once you have successfully completed the course and the two written assignments you will be awarded your ILM qualification.

 

Our Price Includes: ILM registration and membership, assessment and internal verification, module delivery and all materials, and the venue and refreshment costs. This course is held at our offices in Diss. Please note that the price does not include overnight accommodation costs; however, we do have preferential rates at a local hotel.
